Introduction Text Started at 267. I'm disabled, have severe osteoarthritis, severe degenerative disc disease, Fibro & other things that attack me. I use a cane & a wheelchair & started a new journey 9-1-16 getting about 32 people involved in a "Biggest Weight Loser" contest. My goal is to lose 149 pounds by Summer of 2019 for my adopted foster son's High School Graduation. #68.4 down so far 80.6 to go.. Week #10 ended for my group I started & combined they'd lost 500.3 pounds together already!!

My goal is to lose 132 - 142 pounds by Summer of 2019 for my adopted foster son's High School Graduation.

Currently I'm doing Wii Sports @ home with Wii Tennis, and as well I signed up for Planet Fitness, Sept 1st, 2016. I've gone to the gym every single day since I started.

5'4 - 5'5, 267 to start, Goal 118-130....

I'm willing to use the "Viber App" with people on a smart phone to be in contact on a daily basis throughout the day to cheer each other on and list accomplishments for the day. I have 34 people in one group I have (separate) from Sparks and would love to start a group from Sparks! Inbox me!
