Hey Cuz! Sorry for the late response! I am definitely indulging on Thanksgiving, but I think I'm going to be doing well the rest of the week. The running has not really been happening. But perhaps once I get new running shoes (hopefully this weekend) I will be able to run without pain! I've never heard of Forks over Knives but I'll definitely check it out! I cannot wait to meet Avi, he looks like such a cutie!! It sounds like Thanksgiving is going to be much more relaxing than previous years. Can't wait! 2292 days ago

I understand his homesickness. I don't know how he manages to be so far away from his friends and family. That's why I let most of his comments roll off my back, but the constant nagging is exhausting and it's starting to make me physically ill. I keep reminding him of our trip planned to Peru in July and the fact that his brother will be here in April. That seems to help a little.

HI! Thank you for checking out my page and congratulations on the birth of your son. The first year is a rollercoaster for sure. Working the night shift can't be easy. My husband does that too and wakes up at 8 to take care of Matthew. I don't know how you guys do it. I commend you.
I'd love to be your friend! I'm having trouble finding consistent friends on Spark. The ones I find I usually befriend on Facebook too and create accountability groups with them. Right now I have a 21 Day Fix challenge group going, starts today. It's 21 days of clean eating and 30 minutes a day of exercise. Let me know if you're interested in joining. It's a fun group!
I started running 5 years ago. After a year of trying to train on my own, and getting nowhere, I downloaded the c25k training app. Best decision I ever made. I am now training for my first ever 10k. I'm sooo not ready.lol. That's okay. I'm still going to do it and have fun and be proud of myself for finishing.
