IN PROGRESS:
~ give up candy/cookies (12/29/10) edit this to refraining from processed foods and sugar (March 2014)
~ exercise 20 minutes 2 days followed by 1 day off (12/29/10) edit this to 15 minutes every day (April 2014)
~ 5 fruits/veggies daily (12/22/10) edit to 3 (March 2014)
~ 5 minutes meditation daily (12/22/10) this is a good concept (April 2014)
~ eat yogurt every day (12/15/10) still a goal (April 2014)
~ 5 entries in my gratitude journal daily (12/15/10) need to start this again (April 2014)
~ vitamins every day (12/8/10) recommit (March 2014)
~ drink 64 oz. water a day (12/1/10) recommit (March 2014)
~ quit drinking soda (12/1/10) recommit (March 2014)
My Program:
Treat myself GOOD.
Respect my body.
Respect my emotions.
Learn to LOVE the things that are good for me.
