I want to lose 90 pounds. I would like to get this accomplished in a year. This isn't all the weight that I want to lose but it is a start. I want to feel and look healthy!! Where do I start I am starting right here!! I want to beat diabetes, it runs in my family to many of my relatives have it, mom, aunt, dad had it, uncle had it. Cancer and Diabetes are my # 1 priority to a healthier me!! Update, it has been a while since I have started Sparks people. I consistently let life get in the way and do not take care of myself like I should. My weight fluctuates consistently and I go long periods of time coming here for support. My goal remains the same. I need to do this for myself and for my family. 2019 December- It has been a good year. Lost almost 60 pounds. Loving the energy II am feeling. Have a ways to go I originally wanted to lose 90, now that I am almost 60 I can see the need for a little bit more than 90. Looking at losing another 50 on top of the 60!! Well here we are in August, not much has changed, I am hoping to lose my last 50 pounds soon. My goal is to be there by the end of the year!!

My Goals:
My goals for the year would be to lose the weight that I need to lose. I also want to be organized. This is very important to me as we begin to rework our ministry in letting God lead.

My Program:
I am using this program to help me keep track of what I am doing wrong. I have started journaling on paper and here to make myself aware of what I am putting in my mouth!! :)

    Wanting to refocus this Fall? The Biggest Loser Challenge is there for you! We have ten teams that compete with each other in Fitness and Nutrition Challenges designed to promote positive lifestyle changes and, of course, weight loss. There are different challenges each week for the duration of the challenge. Support and encouragement are an important aspect of the smaller individual teams. The larger team also gives you a chance to congratulate and get to know members from other teams. After all we are all in this together and together we are stronger. emoticon
