    So what's new? What are the good teams these days? Help!!!!
    I saw you have a hike goal this year! Terrific!!! It is funny, one of my goals for the year was to find a way to 'sneak' activity in on myself. (I don't know if that makes sense - do something that doesn't feel like a workout, but is a great workout.) I came up with hiking!
    So good to see you! I plan on checking in again soon! :-)

    My dear Theresa. How nice to see your post on my page um...3 months ago?! I have not been sparking. Rather I've been wallowing in a pit of self-despair :( I had quite a problem with my bipolar disorder for about 9 months and through it all managed to put on about 50 pounds. Then I went on new meds and put on 40 more. *sigh* Never one to give up I am now enrolled in a walk/run program with 40 great gals and just this week cleaned up my act with my food. Never too old to learn right? You look fabulous!! I hope you are doing wonderfully and God-willing I will be on here more often!!

    Yes, I am focused on my local efforts and not on Spark unless I get an e-mail notice of page post.

    Boot camp for 8 weeks with 2 weeks completed.

    Running 7K for St. Pat's Day. Too bad you aren't heading out here. It would be fun.

    Hiking???? Keep it up Girl!
