Introduction Text I am a 47 year old mother of 4 (25, 21, 12, 10), grandmother to1 beautiful 1 year old and married to a wonderful man. I retired from the Navy after 24 years of faithful service to this great nation of ours. Loving the retired life and running throughout the US!

To maintain the weight I have lost and continue to gain muscular strength and endurance.

Running and ST. Currently I run 3x a week, spin 1-2x a week and strength train 5x a week.

Originally from Nebraska, currently live in Simpsonville, SC.
