Back to basics...


I am determined to be healthier physically and emotionally. I also intend to lose the weight I gained after I got married. I had twins thirteen years ago which helped me to lose 32 pounds, but half of it has crept back on.
I am determined to be healthier physically and emotionally. I also intend to lose the weight I gained after I got married. I had twins thirteen years ago which helped me to lose 32 pounds, but half of it has crept back on.

My Goals:
I need to lose about 40 pounds to be close to my ideal weight. I don't really know what goals to set so here goes...



Drink 8 glasses of water daily.

Lose 1-2 pounds a week.






My Program:
 Track what I eat daily. Cardio and strength training at least 3-4 times a week. Write in my blog or personal journal at least once a week.

    Around here things are pretty good. My daughter's first communion was last Saturday. We had 57 people so, it was crazy busy with preparing for it, but now it is over.

    My children get out June 21st. Which is a bit early this year but I am happy about that.

    What an awesome streak sweetie...so proud of you! I have sort of a streak, I workout at least 3 days a week since May 2nd 2010. I even find opportunities on vacations, at parties and during holidays. But not like yours with every single day.
