On my way to a better quality of life. Trying to unlock the mystery of why we fail after doing so well. It isn't so much about how I look, but how I feel. I am focused on the spiritual side of my life. If I have a handle on that, everything else seems to fall into place.

My Goals:
My goal is to keep the best control I can of my blood sugars. When I turn 50 I don't ever want to talk about health in terms of weight ever again.

My Program:
 converted to a low carb/high fat way of eating. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet.


Personal Information:
We live in VT. What a beautiful place to be. Living a slower paced lifestyle and loving it.
