Introduction Text I want to learn healthy eating and lose weight. I can almost see it That dream I'm dreaming but There's a voice inside my head sayin, You'll never reach it, Every step I'm taking, Every move I make feels Lost with no direction My faith is shaking but I Got to keep trying Got to keep my head held high There's always going to be another mountain I'm always going to want to make it move Always going to be an uphill battle, Sometimes you going to have to lose, Ain't about how fast I get there, Ain't about what's waiting on the other side It's the climb The struggles I'm facing, The chances I'm taking Sometimes they knock me down but No I'm not breaking The pain I'm knowing But these are the moments that I'm going to remember most yeah Just got to keep going And I, I got to be strong Just keep pushing on,

1. exercise at least 5x's a week. 2. drink at least 4-6 glasses of water daily.



I'm a single Mom who raised my daughter Jessica who is also a single mom who is raising her son Brendon who is now 2. I think I am raising both of them. Brendon is the joy of my life and one of the reasons I want to get healthy. I want to watch him grow up and share in every important moment of his life.

I work in a day home with handicapped adults and that is very fulfilling. I am rewarded every day. I am blessed to have so many wonderful friends and looking forward to sharing this weight loss journey. It's not a diet, its my life. And my life is too important to take for granted anymore.
