My Goals:
Drink as much water as possible.
Eat lots of veggies and fruits.
Track calories everyday.
Talk postive to others and myself everyday.
Get on sparkpeople everyday!

My Program:
Right now Im getting back to walking and just keep moving!

Personal Information:
Hi my name is Joy and I live in Franklinville, Ny. Im trying to get this weight off once and for all and need support from everyone.My depression sets in more than I would like and its from losing my dearest brother Jay back in 2001. I just havent gotten over it and suppose I wont until I see him in heaven someday! So then we come to emotional eating Im that too, I just start crying over my brother and eating sets in. My family doesnt know this because I really try to hide it not to upset them but inside I feel like a piece of me dies everyday. Jay was my dearest brother and friend and my heart is broken!
