Introduction Text Stayin fit and in shape is something that I revolve my life around. I love working out and eating healthy. I want to help as many people as i can get fit and in shape to achieve the body of their dreams which will in turn make them feel better about themselves and raise their self- esteem and self-image!!!!!! Once people start to feel better about themselves, it raises their confidence and motivates them to do other things! The things that are so easy to do, are just as easy not to do! You decide!!!! The things that are so easy to do are also easy not to do. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will your body. Some people think they can workout for a week and start to see drastic results but it doesn't work like that. It takes time and a lot of hardwork and dedication. NEVER GIVE UP NO MATTER HOW HARD IT MAY SEEM!

My goal is to get my personal trainer with master level certification which includes five different certificates but my ultimate goal is to own my own gym and become a famous personal trainer and start my own workout DVD!

I am currently on the P90X program twice a day which consists of intense workouts and cardio plus some ab and core work. I am currently in the process of learning as much as i can about the fitness industry!
