Thanks Founder, I wonder sometimes if I have sleep apnea. My family says I snore and I am always tired no matter how much sleep I seem to get. My doctor just ran a bunch a test and says I am anemic and low on B12 so the medicine and monthly shot should help. I do have a pool that I use often and I agree it helps. I also have a gym membership but I need to really set a plan and keep it in motion. I usually have a million excuses why I don't have time to go. This week I plan to go on Mon, wed, and thur. 3827 days ago

It looks to me as though you have a start in the right direction, by looking at your weight loss tracker.
I can understand how exercising and eating healthy are difficult when you are tired. I have sleep apnea, and have only been learning to sleep better for the last 4 or 5 years or so. If I had not learned to sleep with my Cpap machine, I would never have lost any weight.
I am wondering, to combat some of your fatigue, and sore body from work, if you have any access to a swimming pool.
I have found that it is so refreshing and soothing to my body to be in the water, that even just gentle movement is good exercise and good for the sore parts.
Also, I subscribe to the 10 minute exercise rule, I will commit to exercising for 10 minutes, and then if I want to do more, fine, but I have made my commitment if I decide to quit.
Turning on the radio also is good for dancing a bit, even just playing with the kids, or walking a little bit is a great start.
This is your journey, and you will decide what is best for you, I am hoping that something I have said will give you some ideas of how to combat the tiredness and the soreness, and get you moving a bit.
One change at a time, one day at a time, and loving myself, have become my philosophy of live, and I find it to be very helpful.
Good luck with your journey, and with learning to love and feel good about yourself. Small victories are the best ones to celebrate.
