new year new me
Well this is a New Year again. I didn't lose as much weight as I had hoped this year, but any lose is a good lose. I met my first goal ahead of my timeline but than started slacking and got off course. I have more energy now that I am on a c-pap machine and I also landed a new job at work so now I have a desk job pretty much so it is not as physical as before. I'm not totaly drained after work and still have some energy to workout. But since I am not moving as much at work I have to adjust for ...

I lost 43 lbs. this year and I am still working on losing another 60 lbs. at least.

Long term goal- get down to 180 lbs by Dec 2012.
short term goal- get down to 220 lbs. by June 2012.
fast break- drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
exercise 5 days a week
track food every day

I'm 47 and way over weight. I have been happily married to my husband for 26 years and we have 2 daughters. I work full time at a local hospital as a materials manager. I love my life!
