Introduction Text Life keeps throwing me curveballs (health wise) but I'm feeling well enough to exercise so I've come back to SparkPeople for motivation. May 2018--the pain in my foot sidelined me again. We purchased the Peloton bike in desperation and I LOVE IT! I can jump on the bike and find a workout for whatever amount of time I choose. The trainers are highly motivating and the Facebook Community is welcoming and supportive. I can't believe there isn't a group here on Spark People.

Goals: --get 8+ hours of sleep --spin, power plate and start some easy strength training.

I have fallen off the fitness bandwagon so I'm going to start by pledging to workout 10 minutes a day. Most days I hit my 11,000 steps but I need to get my HR up and lift.

Married with four grown, married children, two grandchildren, two dogs, three cats and two guinea pigs!
