I am a mom and a wife. We have a blended family. I have two stepsons and three sons. They are all adults. I work full-time at a large motorcycle manufacturer.

I want to be my best self and STAY THAT WAY. I want to have a healthy lifestyle.

I have gained and lost the same pounds for the last 25 years. I need to figure out how to maintain a healthy weight for the next 25 years.
