I had gotten down to 200 but then stopped being on regularly and gained all of what I lost back. I am not gaining it back again this time!

    I know how hard it is to find time to exercise. I am struggling with that right now. I have two boys that keep me busy. And, although they aren't toddlers anymore, they still have a ton of activities that I need to cart them to. I think I will try to get in small segments of walking over the course of the day. I just have to make myself take a break from work and go for a 10-minute walk. If I did that 3xs a day, I'd have my 30 minutes in. You might try that approach for now, until you can find a chunk of time to exercise. You are doing great, though. Keep at it.
