I'm going through a rough divorce and am trying to shed some weight too! I am now a single mom and want to get myself healthy for my daughters.

UPDATE!!! I am now engaged to a wonderful....WONDERFUL army man!!! We will be getting married in the fall of 2010. He is deploying in about two weeks to Afganistan. He will be gone for a year and a half. I want to lose the rest of my weight within that time. I want to be at my goal weight for my wedding and beyond.

Wedding Update....
Okay...fiance will be deploying again in 2010 so we will either be getting married in the spring of 2010 or fall of 2009!!!

Fitness Minutes: 1,679

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to be HEALTHY! I would like to weigh 140...I'm at 240 right now. So, it'll be awhile. I'm currently in size 18 down from 24 originally. I would like to get down to a size 10.

UPDATE!!! I am at 220 now and in a size 16. I would be happy to get down to 150 or a little lower.

Short term goals:
End of September I would like to weigh 225-230

End of October I would like to weigh 215-220

End of November I would like to weigh 200-205 and reach the goal on the weight tracker on my page!!!

May update...
Talked to my trainer and she says I shouldn't get under 170...LOVE HER!!!


My Program:
I no longer eat past six in the evening and I do the treadmill for 30 minutes each night. I also try to get crunches and other small exercises in when possible.

UPDATE!!! A lot has happened and I haven't really been able to keep up with my former plan. Now I eat when I am hungry...and only when I am hungry. I don't eat until I am full, I eat a serving size. I drink water most of the time and any other time I drink Coke Zero...trying to cut pop out of my diet though.

I am a member at the gym now and would like to get there five nights a week.

I plan to reward myself for each week that I do well by having one day (Saturday) that I don't have to follow my healthy diet plan to a 't'.

May 08 Update...
I am going to the gym for a couple of hours everyday...not eating healthily...but working on it and drinking lots and lots of water
