    It was just the egg whites.... I read online you can be allergic to just the yolk or just the white... which is weird but, oh well!

    I know what you mean about running out of healthy groceries. We typically replenish our stock 2 -3 times per week. We go for the big run on Saturday/Sunday morning, and then usually a couple of times per week in the evenings go for a fruit/veggie run. It's kind of a pain, but it's nice to have the fridge stocked at all times.

    Yes, evenings are rough for me. I try to have a snack around 3:30 at work before I go to the gym.. usually a fruit/vegetable and a protein.. like cucumbers & hummus or an apple and cheese. The balance of carbs and protein fills me up til supper!
