Time of Rebuilding and Reconnecting with ME!!


I am going to be 40 years old this year and decided that being the token FAT girl in my group of friends is no longer working for me. I am like most peeps and very active with 100 things going on each day with family, work, volunteerism and church that finding time for me was always put on the back side for when I did have time. Well that time is NOW!! I am putting ME in the front as I need to be doing to get me back in the health I should of been all along.

I have exactly 10 ...

My Goals:
To become a healthier ME. I want to lose the weight I have put on the last few years due to pregnancy, medication, bad eating habits, etc. Also want to show my children no matter what if yea put your mind to it yea can achieve it!!

My Program:
 Working out to different workout videos, swimming and walking. Changing my food choices and drinking 80 oz water a day.

Am from Texas, my name is Sassy, I have been married for 10 years and have 2 sons ages, 18 yrs old & 6 yrs old.
