My goal for 2012 is to be fit and toned. To weigh 145lbs

I exercise a minimum of 5 days a week. walk 4 miles a day weights 3x week

I am married with 4 beautiful kids who challenge me each day to be a better me. I tend to be a perfectionist with a "do it right the first time" mentality. So as you can figure out patience is an area that I am targeting this year to develop. I guess weight loss is a great test for that. Everyday is not the same, but one just gotta keep at it till the goal is reached.
