Fitness Minutes: 12,404

My Goals:
I want more energy and better health and fitness -- losing 15 or more pounds will be a huge bonus too. Trying hard to get to the gym more often -- it's way easier to stay at home and do 'fit in' exercises instead. I have a new goal to stay more social.

My Program:
I've been logging onto Spark almost every work day (no computer at home, laptop got struck by lightning (yep, what a disaster!!) have been doing stretching and light exercise at home and joined a gym in my area tht I'm struggling to get to. Since I have two dogs to hurry home to, I could never use the gym near work that I used to belong to. Since it's warmer and lighter longer outside, I have few excuses any more!

I'm living with my two dogs, Jasper & Jovite, and working hard to stay afloat now that I'm working on being single once again. It's a struggle BUT, so far, so good! Other Information:
Love to read, work out, and play with my two dogs (both German Shepard Dog mixes.)
The 2010 training walks for the BC 3-Day (Event is mid October) is from early April 2010.
I'm struggling with self image now because I'm fatter and flabbier than I
've been since I could remember and after al the painful injuries and the work and family stresses of the pas 5 years, am look much older.
