Fitness Minutes: 905

My Goals:
I want to start out sensibly and lose 10 lbs. Then I'll see where I go from there. I have to take care of an ulcer? or whatever and my doc said lose weight. I do exercise, but I'm going to increase it this summer.

My Program:
 I'm going to eat less fatty foods, more veggies, fruit and whole grains. I'm also going to exercise much more.

    CANDOK AND SCHOTZESMOM recently came back from a fabulous trip down Tennessee's music highway from Nashville to Memphis. We danced, swam, biked and walked most every day, and that after about 8 hours of sight seeing. We saw Churchill Downs and the Ali Center in Louisville, too. I'd highly recommend this as a great road trip.
