My goal is to be healthy, vital, and strong.

Using my Nutrition Tracker every day. Drinking at least 8 cups of water (that isn't hard for me. I love water.) Walking @ least 3 times a week for 30 minutes. I have Fibromyalgia so some days are more difficult than others but that's my goal. Think POSITIVE thoughts. Stay in touch with team members. I seek to gain motivation from them and also to motivate.

I was born and raised in New Albany IN. Now living outside Indianapolis IN. You wouldn't think that little 100 miles would make so much difference but it sure does. I moved from the South to the North, as far as outlooks. Everyone is amazed at my Southern accent. "You say you're from where?"
