I have figured out the secret y'all!


Just show up for yourself and make healthier choices. And the key is to just keep doing it over and over again. Keep motivating yourself and making your healthy lifestyle a priority.
I want to reward my body with healthy nutrition MOST of the time. And I want an active life where I enjoy exercising and becoming stronger. I want to continue feeling proud of myself for taking good care of myself and my family. Something has clicked and I've discovered I REALLY CAN DO THIS!!! I AM DOING THIS! And so can YOU!

Fitness Minutes: 30

My Goals:
My highest known weight was 364. My goal is to get to 225. After I get there I'll see what my next goal will be.
Currently (October 2019) I'm at 286.
I will be 225 by August 2020!!!

My Program:
Low-carb, periods of KETO/Intermittent fasting
Drink more water, consume less sugar, take more walks, learn more yoga, practice meditation, get better sleep,eat more whole foods, do one new thing every month!
I try to keep my calories less than 1500 and when I feel a stall or need a jumpstart I get strict with the carbs and keep it around 25g. I aim to exercise at least 3x a week with most of the focus on cardio but I do incorporate light strength training too.

Gym: CARDIO 5x a week at 45 minutes session ST 2x week minimum

Personal Information:
I'm whimsical, full of anxiety, super hilarious, not very modest, shy yet outgoing, overall optimistic and absolutely falling in love with me!

    Hey Girl! Your Sudafed escapade brought a smile to my face. Funny. Sorry you're dealing with sinus/allergies. I have some slight issues with such things, but not too bad. Not like it was when I was younger anyway.
    More power to you with your choosing one thing to eat all week and sticking with it. I don't think I could do that. Your yogurt & berries does sound good though. It sounds like you are doing so well. I'm very happy for you. And inspired. Keep up the good work!
