Thank you for all that sunshine on my page.
Hope you're doing well. I'm used to checking in here in the morning, then catching up in evening. I'm trying to do it all this evening.

I'm kind of messed up! emoticon

So you wanna be a salad too?
Girl, I buy the organic spring/spinach mix in the plastic box in the produce section and a head of iceberg lettuce each weekend. I start with a bed of the spring mix and chop up a 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce. I keep a bag of frozen peas thawed out in fridge, boiled eggs, pickled beets, feta cheese, blue cheese and cheddar cheese, rotisserie smoked chicken, diced ham, Salad Pizzaz salad toppings bought in produce section, and fried onions. I don't always use it all and especially the cheeses, I just choose one per salad. I like the Marzetti's Simply Dressed Strawberry Poppyseed Salad Dressing best. Find it in the produce section. It's a lot more expensive than the salad dressings in the dressing aisle but I like it and when I'm only eating salad, I'm going to make it grand! I recently bought the Simply Dressed Pomegranate dressing and it's just as yummy and has less calories. (I used to eat the Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette, but for some reason any more when I eat it, it sours my stomach.)
Listing this all out, makes me think of bean sprouts and I haven't bought any of them. They would be a great addition and when summer gets here, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and sweet peppers.
Yum, there is so many things you can put in a salad and have so much variety every day.

I was overjoyed to see you back. Yay! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm jealous you have something yellow coming up in your yard. I have got to plant more early bulbs. My Daffodils are starting to peak through the ground and my Parrot Tulip my son got me from the grocery store for Mother's Day 3 years ago. I planted the bulb in my garden and it bloomed last year and is coming up again this year. It is a gorgeous thing. I will post a photo on my page. My Hellebores are budding and one bud has been opening now for a month or so. I will be uploading a current photo of it in my photos.

I would love to help you figure things out to plant.

Hang in there girl. You got this!
