    The challenge is the Biggest Loser Challenge 3 that the 20's Somethings with 100+ pounds to lose team is doing. You form teams of 10 people and each week each member e-mails one person their weight. The weight total is then sent to the leader of the team and it is calculated based on percentage of weight lost. All you would be doing is losing the weight each week (which is all of our goals right?) and then making sure to get your weekly weigh in to the person we select to send the total weight with everyone elses. One thing is that we tried the challenge the last time and our team had to quit because all but she and I kept at it. So, we are looking for serious people who will see this challenge though. It really is just a motivational tool to keep people accountable to losing weight. I know I need the extra push to keep at things. Let me know! We'd love to have you! Bekah
