Introduction Text So this is where my life has taken me, I have no one to blame but myself for being here. I have always been overweight even as a child, but over the years it has just gotten crazy. I am not an over eater at all if anything its completely different. All my life everyone around me was "skinny" but where obsessed with weight. I have an aunt who is about 90pounds a few cousins very close behind her. My own parents always stopped me from eating anything they thought I shouldn't and if I ever wanted seconds I would get the talking to about trying to slim down. I am not trying to blame my parents at all they love me and only wanted the best. but at the same time I think I gave up at a very very young age. For as long as I can remember I have only eaten one or maybe two meals a day. Its whats in those meals that has lead to this. I see now that pasta and breads that I filled my meals with was not the right choice. How could I let this happen to myself? How could no one stop and say "Dude you are fat"? How could I not see how bad it really was? This is the end of this girl that everyone knows so well. I have been with sparks for a week now and I am beyond dedicated. I don't care how long it takes I willl not let this control my life anymore. I am in control and that is the way its going to stay. I just want to be a healthy women. I am moving to the Scotland in April 2010 and want to be healthy when I move.

I am eating 5 meals a day and nothing processed all fresh stuff. I am also wanting to work out everyday even if its just a little bit just something.
