I'm so glad that I saw your post today. I decided that tomorrow I would go hard in the gym and finish my journey, and then I ran across your comment. You just gave me some motivation :) I hope you're doing well! How's the progress coming along? Hello there. I wanted to see how the hybrid of Insanity/TurboFire was going for you. I am doing it also and really enjoy being able to mix it up. I must admit that I don't like the Insanity days as I once did though because of the repetition, and I've really enjoyed TurboFire. I also mix in one day of Jillian Michael's Extreme Shed & Shred Levels 1 & 2 per week for the plyo portion (and it burns like 750 calories.)
Where did you get your schedule or are you making it up as you go along? Are you seeing results? Would love to hear your progress and thoughts. I make up my days depending on how I feel. I still workout 6 days a week, but I make sure I mix in Hip Hop Abs for the ab portion, TurboFire, and Insanity circuits (that still kick my butt.)
