90 days to a Healthier Happier Me!! Height: 5ft 4in Start Weigh: 210.4lbs Sept 2018 25 August 2019: 206.8.lbs 08 September 19: 201.8lbs (current) 5lbs down (2weeks) 23 September 19: 202.8lbs (current) *work out three days week 3 and just had a horrible horrible week 4 with diet and exercise 🤦🏽‍♀️*. but am not giving up!!! Hi! Am a wife and mother of a beautiful boy I call him Gio. He is so energic and adventerous love the outdoors and sports.... I need to keep up with him!!!! Am also a wife to the most caring loving supportive man in the world .... Lol not forgetting handsome....

I need to be fit for me and my family .... They deserve the best me ....
