I am 40. I am a teacher. I gave up the golden arches and all soft drinks! Now I am 42. I am retired. I still haven't returned to the Arches. I am now off all soft drinks (again) plus I have given up cow , pig and chicken as food! Now I am 43. Still retired. Still haven't eaten at the arches or drank a soda. Now I don't eat chicken, pig, lamb, cow, lobster, deer, or turkey. I do eat fish, cheese, and drink milk! It is 2017. I am still retired. Still haven't eaten at the arches or ...

I am now off all soft drinks (again) plus I have given up cow , pig and chicken as food! Now I am 43. Still retired. Still haven't eaten at the arches or drank a soda. Now I don't eat chicken, pig, lamb, cow, lobster, deer, or turkey. I do eat fish, cheese, and drink milk! It is 2017. I am still retired. Still haven't eaten at the arches or drank a soda. Now I don't eat chicken, pig, lamb, cow, lobster, deer, or turkey. I do eat fish, cheese, and drink milk! I weigh the same as last year 233. My goal is 175. Today I am 44. Still retired. Still maintaining a different eating style. My blood work came back all in normal limits this week. I have lost 50 pounds now and I am a regular Sparkler. I still eat pizza, cotton candy, candy apples, and carrot cake. If I didn't I am sure the weight would come off quicker, however I am in this for life not for diet (aka DIE IT!) I am 52 years and 12 days old. I weigh 222 in light clothes and no shoes! March 13 - 243 Wait for it!
