Introduction Text Hi I started this journey January 2009. Started Stopped and restarted several times. Found the Biggest Loser team and joined, I was assigned to one team and did pretty well. Then I left and returned and was able to join the leader once again this time I became a co leader. Then a team lost their leader and I was asked if I would be willing to lead the team. I became the leader. And lead the team for sometime then life happened to throw me a curve ball and I resigned. I knew I needed the support and returned once again as a leader to the team I had been with. The name had changed. In time I changed the name once again to the Amazing Amber Bears. The Bears are a family and it is great to be a part of and lead this team.

I still want and need to lose another 40 pounds
