I am the mother of two energetic boys. I want to lose weight so I can do more with my children anf family. I also want to be healthier. I love going on vacations and exploring new things. I want to be able to do that without being out of breath or looking like a blob.

My Goals:
My goals have changed since I started this website 2 months ago. At first I wanted to lose 50 pounds in 1 year. I still would like to do at least the 50 pounds but I would like to lose at least a total of 75. I am not striving to be super thin, I would be happy in a 14 or 16. I want to be able to go do things with my family and not feel like a fat blob. I love playing with my boys.

My Program:
 I am charting all my food. I do strength training at least 3 times a week and I do cardio at least 30 minutes 5 times a week.
