I am eager to get the support from everyone to stay focused on my goal, even with my busy schedule.

My Goals:
My goal is to be a healthier me.

My Program:
I am working towards eating breakfast and lunch each day as I tend not to eat until I get home from work at the end of the day.

I am also increasing my activity level.

I prefer not to use altered subsitutions like sugar replacements or butter subsitutes.

Personal Information:
Looking to change my lifestyle and become healthier. I have never participated in a formal diet program or have taken any diet supplements.

I am a very pick eater. I do not like spicy foods. I love all kinds of vegetables, fruits, and grains. I have to remind myself to have protein each day in some form.

Five things I love about my physical traits are;
-My eyes, the way the iris has a dark outer ring.
-My smile, although my teeth are not perfect I have a pretty smile.
-My long dark curly hair, I have been blessed with great hair that I could wear curly or straighten. No perm needed here.
-My nose I have the perfect nose for my face.
-My legs, they are well portioned and seems to catch an eye or two.

Five things I love about my personality are;
- I am caring and would help anyone.
- I am funny. (tend to have dry humor)
- I am a great listener.
- I am organized and logical.
- I can be a team player or the coach.

Other Information:
I am in the process of renovating our home.

I enjoy scrapbooking and quilting but rarely have time to enjoy these because of the renovations.
