Introduction Text Hi, my name is Tammie. I have struggled all my life with my weight. It's been like a roller coaster ride. Have you ever just got tired of the way you looked and felt? Well I am to that point now that it's time to do something about it. There are some things in life that I can not change, but my weight is one that I can. My health has been going down hill due to me being overweight. You know looking back I have realized that I am an emotional eater. I have had alot of stress on me for some time now and really gained alot of weight thru these trials. But what is exciting to me and how I know now that I can do this is, I have found a group of friends that can help me along this weight loss journey. Having others that know how I feel and can relate has helped. I have not lost much weight yet but I can tell that the way I look at food is slowly changing. It will not happen over night, but in time I will lose the weight. I have lost all confidence in myself. You know when you lose weight, then you start getting confidence back in yourself. I want to look better, feel better and have that confidence.

I am going to take one day at a time.

Exercise more, drink more water and start logging down what I eat.

I live in Alabama. I have a wonderful family. My husband is the best. I have 2 grown children. I also have a wonderful grandchild. My granddaughter is the love of my life.

I love to sing! I also like to take pictures.
