My Challenge Team Goals: - drink 8- 8oz glasses of water daily - ST and cardio - 3 times per week - meditate daily - bi- weekly weigh-in - stay within calorie range Workouts will occur more often once I re-start. Go me!!!! Wow! Almost 3 years of inactivity/inconsistency... I have so much catching up to do!

My Goals:
Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
Get 6-8 hours of sleep nightly.
State positive affirmation to self daily.
Track food daily.
De-stress w/ fitness 5 days/week.
My Program:
I am counting calories using the food tracker.
I exercise at least 30 minutes 4-5 days /week.
I eat 3-5 servings of fruits & veggies and drink 8 glasses of water daily.
Cardio and ST is my friend.
Personal Information:
Although people strive to be thin and beautiful, I strive for health. My belief is that EVERYONE is beautiful in their own way.
We all have something to offer the world. That is WHY we are here. So making a difference is what matters to me before I leave this life.
