I'm a homeschool mom of 2 teen daughters. I'm also apparently the Neighborhood Mom- we ALWAYS have extra kids! And... I am a Foster Mom. We don't have a placement right now, but we never know when that could change.
The only time I have ever really eaten healthy has been if someone else (ie my grandmother- bless her soul, she tried to teach me) did the cooking.
I will choose fruits and veggies when offered, but I don't normally prepare meals that way on my own. ...

I don't work right now, due to some health issues that are not under control at this moment. However, I do have somewhat of a side business selling Lilla Rose Hair Accessories. I also have a blog- not that I do much posting on it right now. Hoping that will change soon.

I don't exactly have a specific diet program, but I am interested in learning more about the Mediterranean Diet. My youngest and I are learning to garden- this will be our 2nd year. We would like to expand on it this year, growing a bigger variety of fruits and vegetables.
