Introduction Text Hi, I'm 37 years old, a Navy Veteran, a Mommy and a Registered Nurse. My husband is a retired Navy Sailor and his family is from Greece. Its been fun for me, a Midwest girl, to integrate into a very ethnic family (oh, and Greek food is so good!) I have 2 children: our daughter, Mina Sophia, is 6 years old and our son, Franzeskos Michael "Mikey", is 3 years old. They are such blessings, but now I have get back into shape! I can't believe how much of my life was wasted on living an unhealthy lifestyle. The only explanation I have for it is just plain laziness. But, I'm no longer dwelling on the past--my focus is my future. My goal is to make exercise a top priority in my life and ensure that only good healthy stuff goes into my mouth now. I do cardio 3-4 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. I try to do Pilates once a week. I follow a 1300-1600 kcal diet. ******************** 10/13 - I've decided to incoporate Tabata training into my exercise routine.

I'm originally from Michigan, but I live in Virginia. I'm an RN and a Mommy to two children, so I need to portray a healthy image for my patients and kids.
