    I’ve dropped in to learn a little about you. I enjoyed your Coffee blog. I see that you have IC. I also have IC. I was diagnosed in 2013. My last bad flare was in January that had me bedridden for 3 weeks, but otherwise, I am doing okay. I just deal with the “usual“ pain and urgency every single day.
    How are you managing? Does the coffee affect your IC? I’m so glad that diet doesn’t seem to affect me too much.
    I hope you are doing well.

    PS. I saw your status update about water. How does it affect your IC? I can’t drink a lot of water or it throws me into a flare. The Dr told me to just drink when thirsty and to not attempt to drink 64 oz a day. Interesting huh?
