This is my umpteenth time at weight loss. My purpose for losing the weight is so that I can truly live again. I don't want to worry about if I'll fit on a ride with my children, I don't want to be out of breath when I play with them, I want to take them on bike rides, etc... I'd also really love to be able to pick whatever I wanted out of my closet and know that it will fit. Most importantly, I want to be a happy and healthy role model for my children and be there for them and my husband for years to come.

My Goals:
To become physically strong and fit, I'd love to run a full marathon someday as well as dabble in triathlons. I want my BMI to be in the healthy range.

My Program:
I'm following a version of Weight Watchers points plus (bites plus) via the iTrackbites app. I'm also planning on starting the couch to 5k program in a few weeks after I lose about 5% of my body weight and am consistently walking a mile each day.

Personal Information:
I'm a wife, mother, nurse, and student.

Other Information:
I've had a rough couple of years that I need to heal from. I've had several personal losses that have left quite a void in my life. With that being said, I also have some incredible loves in my life (my husband and children) that deserve the best me, and well, I deserve the best me too.

    The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
