UPDATE: 8.21.2011

Well I'm back again Sparkers. My husband and I will be trying for baby number 2 around the end of this year. I want to be in the best shape possible before getting pregnant again. I have to get my life in order before I embark on supporting the developing of another little life.

I lost about 20 pounds last year but gained it all back and then some. I know I can do it again and this time I have the best motivation I can ask for.

New Starting Weight: 190.4
Goal by Nov 15: 165

Spark says it's doable with an average loss of 2 lbs per week. It's going to be tough but oh so worth it!

Here's hoping I get to continue this journey on BabyFit in another 3 months or so.


UPDATE: 5.31.2010

I am now 28 and 10 years out of high school. This means the big reunion is coming up on Black Friday, November 26. This is my new goal date. I have just under 26 weeks to lose another 40 lbs to reach my goal of 130. It's going to be tough but totally doable as I only need to lose about 1.5 lbs per week to get there. I have to get back in the gym, really watch what I eat, and get back into the kick butt mentality that allowed me to lose the first 27 lbs. I'm almost half way there!

I am a 27 year old new mom of a beautiful baby girl. I've struggled with my weight for most of my life, but this time my weight loss goals will become a reality.

It took me 8 years to pack on 50 pounds, so I know it will take time to lose. With support from family and friends I know that I can lose the weight and finally regain control of my health.
