Introduction Text Welcome! I'm back again! I gave up...again...nothing seems to work, of course, I did not believe in myself or respect myself to even try. If you don't have the proper attitude to do this, you won't..So...I've been seeing ads for NOOM...hhhmmm ok, let's give it a try...so far, so good...I need to believe in myself that I CAN to this...I'm hoping there are a few people out there that can give me the kick in the butt I need and keep me on track... So..here goes a whole .... New Page New Attitude New Healthy lifestyle... So...with this new look on life....let's get going!!! If you have any advice...I'd greatly appreciate it...and..if I can help anyone out there....please....don't hesitate...no judgments....no nastiness....Just a warm shoulder and an open ear....

Strengthening my faith.....Losing weight I gained over the past few months....eating clean and healthy foods....a positive attitude....NO LOOKING BACK!

64 year old female...mother of 3 and grandmother of 3...my family is a true blessing...Thank you Jesus...Roman Catholic.. I live outside of Pittsburgh and work at Walmart....I love gardening (if the weather ever gets nice) and enjoying canning foods in the fall...including blueberry jam!!! YUM!!!
