Introduction Text I'm 22 years old, and go to college in Detroit, Michigan. I will graduate in May 2009, and be off to medical school to continue my education to become a pediatrician. My family is amazing, my boyfriend is the greatest thing to ever happen to me, and my friends are the best group of people you'll ever meet. I am a lucky girl. Goodbye, 250s 240s

I would love to be considered "healthy". As far as my BMI is concerned, I have been obese since I was in middle school. I need to change that, especially with my family history of heart disease, diabetes, and stroke.

I am going to give the old Eat Healthy and Exercise route another try. This time, I'm going to track myself at every step.
