- Reach 135 lbs. (pre-grad school weight)
- 20 minutes of physical activity/day (including 60 min CorePower yoga 3x/week)
- Hold crow pose for 10 seconds
- Hold headstand for 5 seconds
- Do 10 push-ups
- Run sub-7 minute mile
- Cook at least 3 healthy meals per week

-1200-1550 kcals at least 5 days/week
- At least 10 g lean protein with each meal and protein-based snacks
- 5-9 servings of fruits/veg per day

- At least 20 minutes physical activity DAILY
