After years and years of trying to lose weight and doing everything right, I bit the bullet in November 2015 and went to professionals. With the help of a team of nurses and weight loss doctor, I lost 60 lbs :)
I have been on maintenance since June 2016. Still in the early stages but it is going well :) I think what is helping me is that I had already made all the healthy lifestyle changes and had been sticking to them for a few years before ...
