Thank you for stopping by my blog tonight; how wonderful you and your friend are 'into' water aerobics! I've always loved 'water movement' as exercise. Water exercise is fantastic! So many types for all skill levels, all challenges, all goals! And for low-impact, aquadics just can't be beat. (I'm telling YOU?) Um, well.
