My goal: To focus on one thing at a time until all of my day to day goals are met. Weight Loss Goals: 230 - lose dd5's baby fat 220 - lose dd10's baby fat 199 - get back to my 20's weight Under 200! Time to re-evaluate, set more goals!

Eat a sensible amount, move a reasonable amount, and lose an incredible amount!
