Introduction Text I am Summer, living in the midwest. Retired, no family around, and though I have belonged to SP over a year I have not given much thought to losing weight. Oh, a time or two I have. In fact I have lost from 301 pounds to 216 over a 6 year period. But still more pounds to lose. I can't say my age has squat to do with my losing. Nor can I say my activity level has anything to do with it. I know exactly why I have not lost anymore weight. I eat foods that are not the healthies,t but more than that, I do not eat within my calorie count. I do, however, workout almost daily and I suppose that is why I have maintained the weight that I am over this last year. I guess that is a plus... keeping my weight within 5 pounds...of what I currently weigh. Does this mean I know how to maintain. Gee, I think it does. But now I may be ready to lose the rest..at least get it in kick start. I am back to SP./....though I never really left ..just didn't post or participate in an active losing program. Perhaps the last half of this year will be the turning point for me.

I have had to re-evaluate my goals. I will lose some weight..maintain my exercise .

1. Self discipline 2. Active participation in SP 3. Drink the water..
