A1C = 7.5 (RX: placed on Metformin 2/8/21)... changed my carb intake to KETO effective 02/23/21.
Cholesterol LDL is = 133, should be below 100 (RX: Atorvastin 40 mg )
Vitamin D is a low # 9 = should be 30 + above. (RX: vitamin D3)

Joined Weight Watchers online = 01/29/21 for like $17.50 per month for 06 months

Diagnosis: 02/08/21 = Diabetes in my Dr. Office .. I cried

Started Low Carb on 02/23/21 to HELP my blood tests and to help my Diabetes/high cholesterol
Doctors office called 02/22/21 = with my 2nd lab results this evening 02/22/21:
lab results given 02/22/21 listed below:

    Thanks for the decluttering idea on the chat for the team! I have focused so much on proper eating and exercise, I am afraid my home looks like a disaster area.... so will do a section a day and so be ready for spring one area at a time! Cleaning burns calories so it is a double good thing! Go, Panthers!
