02/23/21 began a Low Carb lifestyle :-) just doing the OPPOSITE of what got me fat! yeh!!
01/06/21 = 279.2 Starting Wt.= BMI 45.1
01/13/21 = 275.8 = - 3.4 lbs = BMI 44.5
01/20/21 = 274.0 = - 1.8 lbs = BMI 42.9
01/27/21 = 273.0 = - 1.0 lbs = BMI 42.8
01/29/21 = Joined WW online digital, yeh!!!
02/02/21 = 272.6 = .047 oz = BMI 42.7
02/08/21 = Diagnosis: Diabetes/high Cholesterol by my Dr.
02/10/21 = 270.8 = - 1.8 lbs = BMI 42.4
02/17/21 = 269.6 = - 1.2 lbs = BMI 42.2
02/23/21 = 271.2 = + 1.6 ...

02/24/21 = 1/6 start 279.2 - 267.8 today = 11.4 GONE!
Feb.2021 Lab results:
A1C = 7.5 (RX: placed on Metformin 2/8/21)... changed my carb intake to KETO effective 02/23/21.
Cholesterol LDL is = 133, should be below 100 (RX: Atorvastin 40 mg )
Vitamin D is a low # 9 = should be 30 + above. (RX: vitamin D3)

Joined Weight Watchers online = 01/29/21 for like $17.50 per month for 06 months
Diagnosis: 02/08/21 = Diabetes in my Dr. Office .. I cried
Started Low Carb on 02/23/21 to HELP my blood tests and to help my Diabetes/high cholesterol
Doctors office called 02/22/21 = with my 2nd lab results this evening 02/22/21:
lab results given 02/22/21 listed below:
