Goals for this week... exercise daily, eat right. No chinese ;) I want to be in the 153s by the end of the week. Right now I'm 154.8, I always count my tenths :)
Good job on those 7 pounds!! I lost about 5 pounds over the past month, and I was telling a friend that it's crazy to realize that I lost like... a small dog.

Thanks for the little goodies you sent me :) How is everything going for you? I just got back from a trip to visit my family and be in a wedding. I was just trying to maintain but remarkably it looks like I lost a little! I'm thinking honestly that my scale might be messed up because it's been temperamental lately... But I really want to believe it! I'll have to check...

Thanks for adding me as a friend :) I need all the encouragement I can get too, and it's enough sometimes just to know we're in this together. Since we have similar weight goals, I'm sure that'll be helpful. I seem to be a little stuck right now, but I think my body must just be getting used to the changes. I only recently became more aggressive about my weight loss.

Hi and good luck with all your goals! Spark recipes will probably help alot as you look for filling meals with lighter calories. I've been trying them on my husband, and he often really likes the healthy dishes. Or the old favorites, but made in a new way... Good luck with your progress :) 4706 days ago
